High quality manufacturing
The strategic part manufacturing - housing machining, worm shaft/wheel turning, gear cutting and grinding - is made internally with robotized machining centres of the latest generation (Makino, Pfauter-Gleason, Liebherr).
The machining quality control has great importance to ensure the product conformity to high quality standards, pursued and guaranteed with regular manual instruments (gauges, comparators, etc.), 3D-motorized inspection machines, optical scanners, gear and worm testing machines, durometers, roughness meters, etc.The assembled products are 100% inspected to check tightness and noise level.
